Our aim is to empower you to confidently manage your child’s sleep.

Our sleep programmes begin with a detailed questionnaire and sleep diary through which we will be able to assess your child’s specific sleep pattern; pinpointing the problem is the first step in finding a solution.

Your sleep consultant will then design an individual plan that reflects your parenting style and family dynamics, your child’s developmental stage and age, emotional and dietary needs, as well as any medical conditions.

For the duration of your sleep package your sleep consultant will give you her ongoing guidance and support.

We offer a range of sleep packages to suit your needs:
Core Sleep Package
The Core Sleep Package offers ongoing support and guidance from your dedicated sleep consultant throughout your programme, over four consultations.
This package includes:

A holistic assessment of your child’s sleep, feeding/diet and health needs by your experienced, qualified health professional.

A telephone or Teams consultation lasting at least an hour.
-
A written, personalised, step by step sleep plan; developed specifically for your child, your family and your particular goals.

Three telephone review consultations, each lasting up to 30 minutes, where we discuss and plan the next stages of your programme.

Email support, as needed, from your sleep consultant whilst actively managing your sleep programme.

Extended Sleep Package
Over five sessions, this package is suitable for siblings, children with additional needs and complex sleep issues. For siblings, each child’s sleep issue will be individually assessed and their own sleep plan developed specifically for their needs.
This package includes:

A holistic assessment of your child/children’s sleep, feeding/diet and health needs by your dedicated, experienced, qualified health professional.

An extended telephone or Teams consultation lasting an hour and half..

A written, personalised, step by step sleep plan; developed specifically for your child/children, your family and your goals.

Four telephone review consultations, usually lasting up to 40 minutes, where we discuss and plan the next stages of your programme.

Email support, as needed, from your sleep consultant whilst actively managing your sleep programme.

Additional Follow-on Consultations
You may wish to have additional support and guidance from your sleep consultant to help you with your plan. We recommend this is taken within 6 months from the start of your original sleep programme.
This includes:
- Two telephone review consultations, to be taken within one month, each lasting up to 30 minutes, where we discuss and plan the next stages of your programme.
- Email support, as needed, from your sleep consultant whilst actively managing your sleep programme.

Young Baby Consultation -
Babies 8 to 16 weeks
Whilst we would not expect young babies to sleep through the night, this one-off consultation will give you the opportunity to discuss how to encourage good sleeping habits early on, to understand your young babies’ sleep patterns and their development and to discuss how you may guide your baby towards a gentle routine.
This package includes:

An holistic assessment of your baby’s current sleep schedule day and night and their feeding and health needs by your experienced, qualified health professional.

A telephone consultation lasting an hour.

Two additional support emails to be taken within four weeks of your original consultation.

A copy of Millpond’s book ‘Teach Your Child to Sleep’ (2020)

Terms & Conditions
Booking and purchase of a sleep consultation with Millpond Sleep Clinic, will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon booking your consultation with Millpond Sleep Clinic.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be provided.
- 24-48 hours’ notice: 50% of the consultation fee will be refunded.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: A full refund will be issued (-£12 admin costs).
Exceptional Circumstances
- If you have exceptional circumstances and cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation, Millpond Sleep Clinic may offer to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation by Millpond Sleep Clinic
- Millpond Sleep Clinic reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled consultation or a full refund, based on your preference.
Use of Sleep Programmes
- You agree not to share or provide any Sleep Programme created by Millpond Sleep Clinic to third parties who are not clients.
Medical Disclaimer
- Advice provided by Millpond Sleep Clinic is intended for sleep-related guidance and does not replace medical advice from a GP or other healthcare professional.
Liability
- Millpond Sleep Clinic provides advice based on our expertise and training. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service, including honest, factual and ethical advice. However, we cannot guarantee 100% results, as factors affecting children’s sleep may be beyond our control and we do not accept responsibility for outcomes that do not meet expectations following the consultation process. As such, we cannot offer refunds if outcomes do not meet your expectations.
Health Conditions
- If your child has an underlying health condition, Millpond Sleep Clinic may choose not to proceed with the consultation. In such cases, you will receive a refund of unused consultation time.
Follow-Up Support
- While we strive to offer flexibility with the duration of our packages, unless agreed with your sleep consultant, core and extended sleep packages will not extend beyond three months. Unused consultations, may not be ‘banked’ and taken at a later date, unless agreed with your consultant. Unused consultations are non-refundable.
- We strive to respond to your emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If, you do not receive a response within this timeframe due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, please call our office for assistance.
Sleep Workshops
- Places booked that are unfilled on the day of the training are non-refundable or transferable. All workshops booked with Millpond are subject to our cancellation policy.

“My husband and I reached out to the Millpond Sleep Clinic when our son was 10 months old. We had spent months in vain trying a variety of sleep training tips that we had picked up online, in a desperate attempt to get our son to sleep for more than 2 hour stretches!
