We begin with a detailed sleep assessment, considering everything from lifestyle and routine to any underlying factors like anxiety or neurodiversity. Your dedicated sleep consultant will then design a personalised, step-by-step sleep plan, tailored to your child’s unique needs and your family’s routines.
Throughout the process, we’ll be by your side, offering expert guidance and ongoing support. Our goal is to help your child—and you—gain the confidence, tools, and understanding to achieve long-term, restorative sleep, no matter their age.

Core Sleep Package
This package is for you if you’re looking for guidance and ongoing support to overcome your child’s sleep challenges. This structured, step-by-step programme is designed to guide you and your child towards restful, rejuvenating sleep.
With expert support every step of the way, this four-session package addresses a range of common sleep difficulties, including trouble falling asleep, bedtime resistance, night waking and early rising.
This package includes:
A comprehensive and holistic assessment by your highly experienced sleep consultant considering your child’s sleep patterns, routine, diet, emotional well-being, and any medical factors.

A telephone or a Team video consultation lasting an hour.

A written, personalised, step-by-step sleep plan; developed specifically for your child, your parenting approach and your goals.

Three further telephone review consultations, each lasting around 30 minutes, where we discuss and plan the next stages of your programme.

Extended Sleep Package
If your child has more complex sleep difficulties – such as those linked to anxiety, sensory sensitivities, medical conditions, or lifestyle factors or you’re juggling the needs of siblings with different sleep issues, this package is for you.
Over five sessions, we take a holistic step-by-step approach, assessing each child’s unique sleep difficulties whether linked to anxiety, sensory sensitivities, medical conditions, or lifestyle factors.
For siblings; we create individualised sleep plans that work within your family dynamic.
This package includes:

Flexi Consultation
Our one-off consultation offers expert guidance to get your child’s sleep on the right track. It’s perfect for parents seeking a professional assessment of their child’s sleep, along with a bespoke plan tailored to their unique needs. You’ll gain the confidence to implement the plan yourself, while also benefiting from the reassurance of expert advice to set you off in the right direction.
This Consultation includes:
A holistic assessment of your child/children’s sleep, diet and health needs by your highly experienced sleep consultant.

A bespoke sleep plan designed specifically for your child and your family’s lifestyle.

Flexibility to Upgrade:
If you decide you’d like ongoing support after your consultation, you can easily move over to our Core Sleep Package at any time, with the fee from your one-off consultation deducted from the package cost.

Additional Follow-on Consultations
If you’d like extra support and guidance from your sleep consultant as you continue your journey, our follow-on consultations are here to help. We recommend booking these within six months of starting your original sleep programme to make the most of your progress.
This package includes two telephone review consultations, each lasting around 30 minutes, where we’ll discuss and plan the next steps of your programme. You’ll also have ongoing email support from your sleep consultant between sessions while you’re actively working on your sleep plan.

Young Baby Consultation (Under 16 weeks) -
This package is designed to give you a deeper understanding of your young baby’s unique sleep patterns and how they evolve as your little one reaches 3 to 4 months of age. While it’s completely normal for young babies to wake throughout the night, this one-off session will help you understand their sleep rhythms and gently guide them towards regular naps and bedtimes.
Your consultation will include a holistic assessment of your baby’s current sleep schedule, both day and night, as well as their feeding and health needs. This will be carried out by our highly experienced sleep consultants, either over the phone or via Teams, and will last around an hour.
To support you further, you’ll receive two additional support emails to be used within four weeks of your original session, as well as a copy of Millpond’s book, “Teach Your Child to Sleep” (2020), valued at £12.99.
This consultation is all about empowering you with the knowledge and confidence to establish healthy sleep habits early on.

Terms & Conditions
Booking and purchase of a sleep consultation with Millpond Sleep Clinic, will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon booking your consultation with Millpond Sleep Clinic.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be provided.
- 24-48 hours’ notice: 50% of the consultation fee will be refunded.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: A full refund will be issued (-£12 admin costs).
Exceptional Circumstances
- If you have exceptional circumstances and cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation, Millpond Sleep Clinic may offer to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation by Millpond Sleep Clinic
- Millpond Sleep Clinic reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled consultation or a full refund, based on your preference.
Use of Sleep Programmes
- You agree not to share or provide any Sleep Programme created by Millpond Sleep Clinic to third parties who are not clients.
Medical Disclaimer
- The advice provided by Millpond Sleep Clinic is intended for sleep-related guidance and does not replace medical advice from a GP or other healthcare professional.
Liability
- Millpond Sleep Clinic provides advice based on our expertise and training. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service, including honest, factual and ethical advice. However, we cannot guarantee 100% results, as factors affecting children’s sleep may be beyond our control and we do not accept responsibility for outcomes that do not meet expectations following the consultation process. As such, we cannot offer refunds if outcomes do not meet your expectations.
Health Conditions
- If your child has an underlying health condition, Millpond Sleep Clinic may choose not to proceed with the consultation. In such cases, you will receive a refund of unused consultation time.
Follow-Up Support
- While we strive to offer flexibility with the duration of our packages, unless agreed with your sleep consultant, core and extended sleep packages will not extend beyond three months. Unused consultations, may not be ‘banked’ and taken at a later date, unless agreed with your consultant. Unused consultations are non-refundable.
- We strive to respond to your emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If, you do not receive a response within this timeframe due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, please call our office for assistance.
Sleep Workshops
- Places booked that are unfilled on the day of the training are non-refundable or transferable. All workshops booked with Millpond are subject to our cancellation policy.

“My husband and I reached out to the Millpond Sleep Clinic when our son was 10 months old. We had spent months in vain trying a variety of sleep training tips that we had picked up online, in a desperate attempt to get our son to sleep for more than 2 hour stretches! Nothing seemed to work. I remember crying whilst breastfeeding for the 5th time one evening, desperately begging my little one to sleep.
