One thing has become abundantly clear over my many years of working with families on sleep: thereâs no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to sleep coaching! Each child is unique, and their sleep challengesâand the solutionsâneed to be just as individualised.
When I first started working in this field there was very little research on sleep, only a couple of books and certainly no social media platforms. Now things are very different, which is a good thing but parents often feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of advice out there. From strict routines to the latest sleep gadgets, itâs easy to get lost in a sea of conflicting information.
But hereâs the key: what works for one child may not work for another, and thatâs okay!

- Ongoing Support and Adjustments: As babies and children adapt to the new routines and their sleep improves, their sleep plans will also be adapted to reflect this. Weâre here to support families every step of the way, making necessary adjustments to keep sleep on track through different stages of development.
